The restoration and renovation by the architectural firm Braun & Güth Architects lets the neoclassical house from the 1860s appear in a new light. The completed project, “Dots,” at Fichardstraße 12 in Frankfurt’s Nordend offers modern, comfortable living space.
Braun & Güth Architects – a renovation and remodeling project
The house is separated from the street by a narrow front garden. The renewed facade was given stone cladding. The horizontally arranged oak sliding elements recall the aesthetics of a bourgeois city house. The facade design feels both traditional and modern. After the renovation and remodeling, the old building was transformed into a comfortable home and given the name “Dots.”
