This luxurious modern holiday home is located in the Brazilian rainforest. The Sporangio House was specially designed to take full advantage of the magnificent view. This summer house is a modern project by Nitsche Arquitetos Associados. Although the building feels spacious, the architects planned it with a compact layout, so the summer house offers enough room for the owner, the owner’s son, and three guests.
Summer house offers modern luxury and functionality
The rooms have beautiful views of the trees. The main living area, with its glass facade, is located on the second floor and is well connected to the outdoors. In the courtyard, a comfortable lounge and a luxurious swimming pool create space for many enjoyable hours outside. Rooms for service personnel are located on the ground floor of the summer house. A private area of the house is hidden behind opaque walls, helping the house feel secure. The large windows on the other side open up and connect the interior with the outdoor space.
A modern summer house in Brazil
The top floor of this modern holiday home casts shade over the lower part of the house and creates a cool space for relaxing. From here, you can enjoy the excellent surroundings. Interestingly, the modern hideaway in the woods also has something of an industrial character. The steel elements of the facade can appear especially bright. Inside, painted metal details create an exciting blue atmosphere, while wood brings warmth and recalls the forest that surrounds this amazing house.
