The land and urban landscape demanded architecture that was timeless and unique at the same time. The exclusive house with a yard is characterized by a straightforward architectural language. The concept, inspired by Bauhaus style, is based on the intersection of two axes: vertical and horizontal. The basic structure has been extended with two additional modules.

The house with a flat roof and twin courtyard is a unique attempt to reinterpret the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The two-story building features cozy living spaces on two levels. In the interior, elements of Western architecture and traditional Indian design are cleverly connected. Maximum transparency is achieved through full glazing, geometric clarity and openness. The gradual transition between inside and outside creates the relaxation people need.
