In the solid concrete house by Studio MK27, several cubes are freely connected. The project impresses with a modern concept and a clean flat roof. Studio MK27 sets a distinctive standard for loft-style interior design. The light and ventilation concept is especially notable: each area receives natural light, while operable windows and walls help heat, cool, and ventilate the building naturally.

The solid concrete house Studio 5 is a unique custom design. Its semi-open Bauhaus-inspired concept surprises with generous space and atmospheric color accents. Large windows bring in natural light, and the open floor plan is divided into functional areas. The ground floor contains a dressing room, bathroom, and equipment space. A built-in cube houses the staircase to the first floor, where the library, small kitchen, and offices are located. For creative breaks, there is a terrace facing the front yard. A panoramic balcony, opened by red-painted folding wooden panels, becomes a popular meeting and entertainment area for photographers.
