This luxury villa is located in Singapore at Six Ramsgate Road. It is a private residence in a contemporary style. The property measures more than 1200 square meters, including 855 square meters of land. The owner requested a private residence, so the designers chose to connect the indoor and outdoor areas in an innovative way.

This modern luxury home boasts a contemporary design, while innovative cooling techniques support the comfort of the residents. Among other features, the villa offers a beautiful garden courtyard and en suite bathrooms. The courtyard connects the interior spaces. This luxury house has a modern interior design, with fabrics and textures used to create a warm atmosphere. The rooms are minimalist in style. Natural, environmentally friendly and high-quality materials give the house a sleek and elegant look, while white and gray tones complete the interior scheme.
