This beautiful Scandinavian-style penthouse was featured by Alvhem. It has a total area of about 90 square meters: 71 square meters of living space plus a 19-square-meter terrace. The interior feels bright, simple and elegant in every room. With an impressive ceiling height of 4.5 meters, the designer was able to create a reading corner above the front door next to the window.

A stylish white kitchen, compact bathroom with a washing machine, fireplace and small balcony with seating are some of the distinctive features of this rooftop apartment. Underfloor heating runs throughout the home, keeping the walls free of large radiators. The attic design, with textured wall plaster and generous windows, adds visual interest to the rooms.

The heart of the home is the living room, divided into several areas: a dining space for six, a seating area, a reading corner and the hallway. Large sliding glass doors open the kitchen almost completely to the terrace, so the owner can cook while enjoying the view over the city, or dine and barbecue outdoors.
