A Film Of Paper: The Cartoons of David A. Reeves

Photographer and designer David A. Reeves cut out a series of action scenes from paper silhouettes. Each image is built on different levels, with the foreground sharply focused and a very shallow depth of field blurring the scenery, other characters, and landscapes behind it, creating the mood and context of the scene.

Not bad, is it? It looks so simple that you almost feel like trying it yourself. On his website there are many others, including scenes from Batman and the video game Limbo.
