Kishti Private Villa is a project by Frank Alfred Hamilton in collaboration with Cecconi Simone Inc. Located on Anguilla in the West Indies, it is a fascinating private retreat with an elegant neutral palette and an airy Mediterranean atmosphere.

The villa creates a transparent relationship between interior design, architecture, and landscape, allowing indoors and outdoors to merge harmoniously. The house has a three-part composition, with a central volume, a master suite, and three separate villas arranged like a fan.
Private Holiday Villa With Infinity Pool
The central part contains the main living spaces: living room, dining room, and kitchen. These areas flow into one another through a consistent palette of natural materials, colors, and textures. Bespoke furniture and accessories define the lounge and dining area, while the kitchen includes wooden fronts, Corian countertops, and a matching backsplash.
The master suite includes a bedroom, a living room with terrace, and a bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. Wood paneling, subtle Balinese touches, and quiet furnishings give the suite a relaxed atmosphere. Each of the three smaller villas includes a lounge, an outdoor terrace, a kitchen corner, and a bedroom with a private bathroom.
