Contemporary floor lamp – Hyperion
Spot called Hyperion, modern floor lamp has been assembled from different components. The individual elements were laser-cut oak. The various parts are connected so that the lamp can be placed in different positions. Hyperion, named after the god of light, is unique work of art, and clearly shows that the designs can inspire unconventional and definitely a place in interior decoration. So reveals the structural design and mechanical functions of the lamp, instead of hiding them. The organizer Rossana Orlandi presented the lamp in the framework of the exhibition Bagatti Valsecchi Museum in Milan. The museum is a family home of the 19th century, where the interiors and the family's art collection released.
Contemporary floor lamp with a minimalist design
The modern floor lamp Hyperion is one of the first of a series of installations and Heijnen high hopes construction of six meters, this time in stainless steel, you can put together in October for a week of Danish design. The construction is mounted in the center of Piet Hein Eek in Eindhoven. The project is still in the design phase, but it is already clear that the laser is mounted on the inside. In this sense, Hyperion is his name – that is, the observer from above – remain faithful.
