The beach house is designed as a sustainable building ultra-modern look. It is passively cooled and illuminated with LED home. Large overhanging roofs are blind and give plenty of shade on the deck. Rainwater is drained from the roof and leads to a rainwater tank that is located under the pool deck.

In the facade and interior decoration, not only comfort, but sustainability are key.
