A modern house with a wooden facade Stadtrandt in Hermosillo, Mexico was completed in 2015 by Imativa Arquitectos. The project is called R35 and presents an exciting Architekturmix between the principles of minimalist design and traditional architecture of the region.

The house with wooden facade R35 covers an area of 665 square meters. The two-storey building and has a structural volume, which opens to the environment through a richly glazed facade.
