Illuminated duplex

Today, I am pleased to present a huge duplex apartment in Stockholm.

Who said an extraordinary interior necessarily needs a longer-than-usual description? Normally, there is much more to describe. Now that I have whetted your appetite, let us get into the details!

This is a two-level apartment with a total area of 340 square meters. Yes, few of us can claim to live in more than 100 square meters, but we still have to dream, right?

We owe this achievement to the architect duo Björn and Marianne Aaro. In the living room, they chose dark ceilings and doors, contrasting them with light fixtures that showcase the objects and furniture.

In the bathroom, the atmosphere is lighter but just as carefully composed, with brown mosaic tiles lining the walls for warmth in a completely different way.

In the kitchen, the atmosphere is brighter, with tiles of different colors scattered across the floor. We again find at least one carefully chosen light fixture, with pendant lamps ideally placed above the kitchen table.

I will let you continue the tour under the roof and enjoy the authentic rustic character of the wood. So, has this interior won you over?
