Luxury villa extends – House Beverli Hills offers more living space
Although the original building was one of the most sought after land Beverli Hills, but the owner at the time could not really enjoy the beautiful view – Victorian windows were narrow and do not allow enough light inside. That's why the architects decided to freeze the south facade and create a seamless connection between the living room and the garden through sliding glass doors.
Another challenge is the layout – the living space itself was more than adequate, but the owner has two living rooms, a closet, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. They wanted to eat and asked the Council if no other child. This is the reason why experts McClean design designed spacious room where the kitchen, dining room and living room are housed. The remaining space was then divided into two bedrooms.
The luxury villa is already finished look, but in reality, the architects are working on an expansion project and construction of two additional volumes of the building, which is installed in a spa.
