Cooking

In general, concrete is poured into rectangular forms, which is why we often associate the material with strict geometry. But concrete begins as a liquid mass and can be molded into almost any shape. This kitchen island has the rectangular presence of an industrial object, but because its formwork was made from textile, the concrete changed under the influence of gravity and gained a beautiful texture. The fabric form allowed the concrete to flow in several directions and create different surfaces. This kitchen island design can be custom made and used both indoors and outdoors.
