The apartment is arranged across three floors connected by a staircase. The open interior, high ceilings, and low partitions create a spacious feeling. The modern design is shaped by sculptural blackened-steel elements and dramatic black-and-white contrasts. Laser-cut steel screens, inspired by a map of Venice Beach and Abbot Kinney, add an artistic detail that fits the elegant interior.

The spacious living room has a true loft character and was recognized in 2010 with a CH & D Residential Interior Design award. The apartment is decorated with inspiration from the beach and from skate culture, from the shelving and individual lighting solutions to the graffiti wall in the powder room.
