Enjoy the exotic charm of the Australian coast with this house. The design of the courtyard was created by Urban Exotic, visually complementing the minimalist architecture and adding a desert-inspired touch.
Exotic patio design by Urban Exotic

This minimalist flat-roofed house has everything you could imagine, but the garden is the highlight. The Urban Exotic landscape design team, led by designer Richard Kelly, aimed to bring the feeling of a Palm Springs holiday resort into the home.
Modern house with a garden of palm trees

The owners of this contemporary residence in Port Stephens enjoy a carefully planned outdoor area. To live in harmony with nature, one must understand the natural setting and integrate it into modern architecture. Palm trees, tall pines and climbing greenery frame the courtyard.
The harmony between architecture and nature

The unique combination of nature and modernity provides all the conveniences of contemporary living. High concrete privacy walls shield the outdoor area from view. In keeping with the minimalist flat-roofed house, the privacy wall was built with concrete tiles that give the exterior structure exceptional depth and texture. Tropical, warm and sunny, the courtyard invites you to linger.
