The sustainable project "Primeval Symbiosis" by Konrad Wójcik is convincing because of its environmental concept. Inspired by nature and by the lives of species that inhabit forests, the Denmark-based architecture and interior design student proposes an innovative, sustainable solution for a house in the forest. Defined by strict geometric lines, the futuristic refuge reflects a contemporary desire to live closer to nature. We are excited to share the project.
"Primeval Symbiosis" – living in the forest with a blueprint for the future
"Primeval Symbiosis" aims to bring people and nature closer together. An important part of the project is increasing environmental awareness. The house in the woods invites residents to live surrounded by nature without damaging it. Konrad Wójcik developed the idea from the structure of a tree. Inspired by trees as habitats and natural shelters for animals and insects, he designed a self-sufficient system. Solar panels on the roof complete the eco-friendly concept and provide energy for hot water and heating.
House in the woods sharpens environmental awareness
The futuristic concept is a house in the woods built on a single pole. Its octahedral form and sturdy metal structure are designed to blend into the surrounding forest landscape. The home offers space and comfort for a household of two to four people. The first floor includes storage; the second floor contains the kitchen, bathroom and living area; and the upper level holds the bedroom and office. The interior is kept almost entirely in pure white.
