This modern residence is located in Athens, Greece, and was designed by Kokkinou-Kourkoulas Architects. The project is called Kavouri Residences and was completed in 2011. It consists of two residences on the same plot, both using a shared architectural language of clean geometric lines. The design responds carefully to the surrounding Mediterranean landscape.

Cube-like volumes use broad glass openings and sliding doors to strengthen the connection with the sea. The interiors are spacious, clean-lined, and simple, with wood, concrete, and glass as the main materials.
