In a climate of pre-holiday, we invite you to be in the gym with more emphasis than usual. Ready and as fit as possible for big Christmas binge eating. It is sure that we are in an area which will make it beautiful, more fun and worth the effort.
Very far from the "gym under the house", here are some examples of architecture with value for the practice in sports and an indoor pool.
You Have To Go Up. Montreal. Canada
You Have To Go Up. Montreal. Canada
The gym Go Up is in the centre of the work on the redesign of the South-West of Montreal. Indoor climbing wall, plenty of space for climbing in indoor walls that look like sugar rock to the visitors of the original function of the silos in the industrial area of the city. The building envelope made of concrete and steel are a tribute to the industrial character of the monolithic site, and the large windows gather natural light creating the effect of the slots in the mountains. The beautiful team is in the midst of an art Nouveau building classified as a historical monument. This area of the Thai Boxing was founded by two friends and former champions of the aesthetic, the boxes are very far from the traditional high schools. The design is clean, industrial chic, and the selected colours, grey, black and white, ideal for concentration and the practice of the boxing. The lobby of the hotel is incredible, the cocktail designer furniture and lighting at the peak of the roof is made of glass, the unique in the belle team. The architecture of spraying.

Ritual in the homeland of Yoga. Seattle. Usa
A building of brick, in 1909, in the district of Capitol Hill in Seattle welcomes the Ritual of the house, a home for Yoga. The tempo game in the wood beams bed perfectly and pulls strongly to the attention of the passers-by from the outside. The Sun captures the wooden floors and walls made of concrete. goCstudio.
