Parnassius takes its name from a beautiful butterfly, whose eyespots and wings inspired the logo. This online lampshade design is simple and colorful, able to create atmosphere and emotion. Inspired by the shapes and colors of nature, it suggests pleasant sensations of lightness, freedom, joy, and movement. When the lampshades are lit, they fill with light and cast swarms of butterflies onto the surrounding walls: the result is highly effective.
The project was designed by Roberto Bardi and Erica Villa with the idea of creating emotion through a simple gesture.
