Fall and Halloween decorations with candles and pumpkins
Buy orange flameless candles. You will enjoy both their autumn color and their warm glow. Because they are battery powered, you do not need to worry about fire hazards. They also brighten a dark staircase, reducing the risk of stumbling. Do not forget to turn them off before going to bed so you do not waste the batteries.
Halloween decorations for stairs
Wrap a wreath of autumn leaves, natural or artificial, around the railing. This decorating idea is simple and quickly brightens the stairs. Be sure to attach the garland tightly, otherwise it will slide down and look untidy. The idea works for interior and exterior stairs.
