This modern wooden deck is not a typical outdoor area. It includes a kitchen, dining room and living room; combined with the traditional swimming pool and fireplace, the result is a unique, elegant space full of activity and life. The additional porch area was the biggest challenge for the construction company RED. Privacy from nearby houses and strong ocean winds could have threatened the project. The solution was to build a protective barrier wall around the property, creating continuity for the design.
