Its sloping site opens to a beautiful view, a natural advantage for this exotic holiday house with 1,310 square meters of land and 810 square meters of total area. To make everyday life more comfortable, the architects inverted the traditional layout: the bedrooms are downstairs and the spacious living area is above. In this way, the tall trees shield the private rooms. The entrance leads guests into the sleeping area, where sliding glass doors connect the rooms to the pool and the forest view. The minimalist bedroom design is limited to a large double bed – everything needed for real rest.

On the second floor, the living and dining areas share an open plan. An outdoor kitchen provides everything needed for cooking. The interior feels warm, comfortable, and practical, with wood acting as the connecting element in the lounge. A large painting sets the tone, while white and blue upholstered furniture offers plenty of seating for guests. A broad balcony with a glass balustrade creates another place to relax outdoors.
