The family home of concrete and glass, known as M House, was designed by Marcel Luchian Studio. The project is located in Singera, Moldova, and was conceived as a modern home on a compact site. The architects developed a minimalist composition with a strong relationship to the landscape. The futuristic facade gives the house privacy from neighboring buildings while opening it toward the natural surroundings. Generous glazing brings sunlight into the interior and frames views of the nearby forest, while the more protected side helps shield the house from winter wind.

The interior of the house, built in concrete, is defined by careful planning and modern furnishings. The architects make strong use of the available area, and the restrained design helps the compact home feel open. On the lower level, a large lounge is arranged in neutral tones. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the interior with the exterior, white upholstered furniture provides comfortable seating, and a freestanding fireplace creates a warm focal point.
A concrete staircase with a glass balustrade leads to the first floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bedroom also serves as a library, with shelving that provides generous space for the family's book collection. A bed with a leather headboard, a seating area, and a large wardrobe complete the room, while a large table adds a practical work surface.
