JGC House By MDBA: A Continuous Relationship With The External

31/07/2013 – The shape and the position of the JGC house designed by MDBA designer, Maria Diaz, wanted to attract a constant ratio. Closed in the direction of the road and open on every level on the urban landscape and the orientation in the terrain.

The vertical communication is a "spine" and the hinges in the entrance hall connects the rooms and the view opens to the landscape in the upper floor.

The window on the street, which is the framework for the view on the massive outer masonry wall, make sure that the house opens completely to the city by the "weight" of the facade and emphasize the volume, which seem to be the "search" to the landscape.
