The owner of this luxury villa in Rotterdam commissioned Dutch interior and furniture designer Robert Kolenik to create a tasteful interior with high-quality materials and a strong sense of comfort. Kolenik summed up the result as "eco chic eye candy for extremely comfortable living."
Eco-Chic Furniture for a Luxury Villa
The salon is grand and carefully planned, yet it remains elegant and inviting. A custom Kolenik sofa, 6.5 meters long, forms the center of the spacious room. Access to the room is organized through a pivoting door from Kolenik's Bo'dor collection.

The kitchen design expresses luxury and everyday pleasure. An illuminated white onyx counter, supported by a lychee tree trunk, creates a striking focal point, while modern appliances are functionally integrated into the kitchen walls. The luxury villa also includes a bar and a home theater in the basement with a Kharma audio system.
Mosaic Tiles in the Bathroom
Kolenik also designed a striking home office for the villa. The bedroom and bathroom area of the luxury villa includes a walk-in closet with leather handles and private fittings that create a wellness and spa-like atmosphere. Mosaic tiles and curved wall forms reinforce that spa experience.
