This large modern house in California offers a superb example of how an elegant façade and a warm interior can be combined. The front of the house with a flat roof was made of concrete. Natural stone slabs were assembled as accents – to give the house a rustic atmosphere. The large windows allow plenty of light inside and open the house to the garden. A wooden deck with a fireplace and comfortable garden furniture offers the opportunity to relax outdoors. The garden is screened from neighbors by a high wooden fence. It is a house where children play in peace and parents can enjoy the weather.

Architects Toby Long Design and Cipriani Design Studios have created a large modern house, which is characterized by practical rooms and cozy interiors. The interior was decorated with great attention to detail. On the first floor is a large living room. The salon performs the function of a living room with comfortable seating, a dining room – with plenty of room for the family, and a large kitchen. Thanks to the neutral colors of the flowers, warm decor, and many windows a cohesive atmosphere visually connects the living space into the garden. The ground floor has the living room and parental bedroom, while the kids’ rooms are on the second floor.
