Discover your Zen side. We are not talking about meditation or an inner journey here, but about the path to a futuristic and luxurious Zen home. The project fuses both ideas, so do not be surprised if you look at this house with wide-open eyes. It is every bit as striking as it appears.
A stone staircase leads to the Zen room

Designed by Spanish architects A-cero, the house is located in Pozuelo de Alarcon in Madrid, Spain. Spectacular curved facades of granite and black marble walls provide privacy while maintaining a relationship between the street and the house. The plot is pure Zen thinking, and that is what makes the house so unique. A very bright, spacious interior is equipped with skylights and supports the essence of luxury living: a spacious kitchen, wine cellar, dining room, living room, office, and library.
Modern Zen living room

The private living areas continue with the master bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, indoor pool, and small gym. A staircase leads to the lower level, where entertainment and social spaces include a games room, home theater, guest and children's rooms, and a service area. The futuristic Zen house also relies on technology: lighting, security, blinds, and air conditioning can all be easily controlled by the high-tech system.
