A luxury home with a glass front offers spectacular views of the Los Angeles skyline. The building is an excellent example of minimalist architecture and polished high-end interior design.
Pure luxury: building with glass facade and glamorous interior

The house with glass facade consists of a concrete frame and glass. Closed toward the street, the house opens to the magnificent landscape through expansive glazing. The city view reveals the downtown skyline. Sliding glass doors connect the interior with the patio. Residents can enjoy the Los Angeles skyline from every room of the house. The modern architecture and fantastic location inspired designer La Kaza, who created an elegant modern interior in collaboration with Meridith Baer Home. First, the rooms were redistributed so the available space could be used logically. The open-plan living area functions as living room, dining room, and kitchen at the same time. The areas are visually divided: the seating area with a leather sofa in front of the fireplace transitions into the dining room. The rustic dining table is the highlight of the interior, and the black glass pendant lamp presents it beautifully. The kitchen faces south, where a vertical garden has been created. Full-height kitchen fronts without handles fit perfectly with the minimalist design of the structure.

Elegant surprises await in the other rooms. The bedroom has not one but two glass walls. Neutral colors relax the senses, while a built-in fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Nearby is a large bathroom partly finished in marble. Another guest bedroom with bathroom, a utility room, a home theater, and a wine cellar provide comfort for residents and guests. Outside, the house with glass facade features an inviting fireplace and comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors.
