15/11/2013 – The Bistro Salewa, designed by Park Associati, has been carried out in the area in front of the stage, rock-the fitness room in the complex Salewa in the region of Bolzano-Bozen.
The small building isindependent and used a underground palette with a few simple materials that relate to the high sensitivity towards nature and the environment. The ceiling is green and is in harmony with the side of the hill. The vertical parts are opaque and made of concrete and are welcomed by large windows, the space bar is on the West side of the building.
The interior has a free plan with a bar area and a dining room. Everything revolves around the block of reinforced concrete in the small kitchen. There are toilet facilities for the staff, changing rooms and toilets for guests and technical rooms which are located in the basement of the building.
Walls of glass along the sides to the South and West with views, the outside dining area covered by a pergola and surrounded by two lakes that accompany the construction of the green system make it very pleasant to stay outdoors in this area of the building, in a direct dialogue with the building of the seat.
