Modern villa with a facade of natural stone and glass creates a visual connection with nature
Modern villa is situated on a hill overlooking the port of Sydney – the ideal location inspired the architect Jorge Hrdina their project. The west side of the house is well screened by an imposing facade of natural stone and wood of the road, on the east side, however, opens with a wall of glass to the beauty of the landscape and garden. The building is compact and consists of a single building. The spatial distribution is somewhat unique – the ground floor is the living room and the bedroom. The large sliding glass doors connect seamlessly garden rooms so that residents can enjoy the summer weather. On the second floor, there is still a living room with comfortable furniture and bathroom.

The use of the material is also inside – stone floors and walls to create a warm and comfortable environment. The wood is present everywhere – kitchen with wooden facades, dining table in beech wood dark oak with a beautiful pleasure Shelf natural look. Leather furniture adds the concept – in effect creates a modern interpretation of the furnishings in the country house style.
