This beautiful house design was created by architect Martin Dulanto in 2015 in Lima, Peru. The villa is built on two floors. The huge roof terrace is especially impressive, with a small pool, an open lounge and a dining area.

House design by Martin Dulanto impresses not only with modern architecture, but also with a practical and functional floor plan. The ground floor offers a surprising amount of space. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom, three bedrooms with multiple beds and private bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area, and a covered terrace with a sofa.

The modern room design in Lima impresses with more than just its interior. The huge roof terrace was designed as a separate living area where you can spend many relaxing hours. It includes a mini pool, a paved seating area, a barbecue zone and a dining area. A wooden gazebo-like structure covers the roof terrace.
