The attic apartment’s location offers an escape from the rush of everyday life into a world of calm and retreat.
The generous use of glass provides a clear view of the landscaped roof terrace.
The individual rooms follow a clear conceptual line and are coordinated within the overall design.
Project expertise and restrained, precise quality show in the details. Calm, value, exclusivity, and elegance define the space. Excessive decoration has been avoided.
Alongside generous large-format natural stone slabs, wood is used primarily for its natural texture, surface, tone, brightness, and unusually large dimensions.
Floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces, together with varied lighting, draw the eye deep into the space. The large windows bring in abundant daylight and open up views of the changing seasons.
On request, the rooms can also be bathed in colored LED light, with settings that can be changed to create a completely different mood.
The technical equipment, developed with the EIB
system, contrasts with the simple controls: a central touch screen manages functions and can play music throughout the different areas, including the sauna.
