This modern residence in Sao Paulo is a project by architect Fernanda Marques and offers 777 m2 of comfortable, tastefully furnished space. Although the location is relatively sheltered, the open and bright villa is designed with generous glazing that floods the interiors with light.

The rooms are arranged with a loft-like openness and connect directly to the fully glazed pool deck. The terrace feels almost as bright as the interior. The living room impresses with elegant furniture, modern comforts, and a creative layout in which the spacious areas flow together harmoniously.
A contemporary retreat

The color palette gives the space a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Lightness and harmony define the interior. The double-height ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows create a sense of openness and luxury, while strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool deck is furnished for comfort, making it an easy place to relax in the sun.

Light wood combined with beige and brown tones gives the rooms a warm, slightly vintage feel, while bright yellow accents and soft textiles add energy. Shaggy rugs, leather, and comfortable upholstery bring even more warmth. The centerpiece of the loft-inspired design is the spiral staircase, where wooden steps and white railings create an elegant focal point.
