We present a minimalist house in an idyllic setting, surrounded by pine forest. The project by architecture studio Xpiral follows a natural concept. The house fits perfectly into the landscape. The terrain is irregular and complex, so the architects worked to integrate the building into its environment and shaped it as a single-piece construction. From its more enclosed side, the house overlooks the forest.
Minimalist house on the hill
Xpiral chose a minimalist house with an environmentally friendly approach for an extended family. The ground floor is set into the slope. A large garden offers ample parking for all family members. While one side of the building has generous glazing, the other is more closed. The facade is rough and close to nature: the architects used stone from the surrounding area during construction. The facade is clad in wood, and the roof is partly planted with local species. Special designs and high-tech materials provide good insulation.
Minimalist house with modern interiors
Thanks to good insulation and ventilation, the house is always comfortable. The spatial layout was coordinated with the function of each area. The kitchen is bright, and the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The main living area is divided into two parts – a living room and a home office. The rooms overlook the forest. The pine forest has a calming effect and is an ideal playground for children. This is a minimalist house that has become a family home in Spain. Enjoy the gallery!
