"Da House" is a modern house that recalls Japanese residential architecture through generous use of concrete and glass and a close relationship with nature. Located on the Black Sea coast, it is actually a 3D visualization by Ukrainian architect Igor Sirotov, but it looks so realistic that you might never guess. The designer used concrete and glass generously to develop a home that feels both traditional and modern. The house is somewhat dark, but the green areas, terraces, and pool create a clear connection with the natural setting and open the house to the outdoors.

The concept sets the home on a 350 m2 site and includes a floor plan with a two-car garage in the basement. Inside, the project features a large living room with an adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Sirotov tried to give these private spaces a sense of warmth and comfort in contrast to the uncompromising exterior design.
