This mountain home introduces a modern architectural concept in which the line between indoor and outdoor spaces becomes beautifully blurred.
Mountain house with a universal modern concept

The minimalist building is located in the northern Andes, 2,470 meters above sea level. Arquitectura X designed the house for a young couple, responding to the beauty of the site with a large glazed facade. Because there are no nearby houses, the owners enjoy privacy as well as panoramic views.
Mountain house with an impressive wooden facade

Wood, concrete, and glass shape the facade. Concrete gives the building stability, especially on the ground floor, while wood defines the private upper level. Inside, wood also connects the rooms through the floors, stairs, and minimalist kitchen island.
