05/12/2016 – Studio Deepp signed the real estate company Reiderstadinvest in the renovation of Casa Palma, a modern apartment for sale in the center of Palma de Mallorca. The house is about 70 square meters and is located in the centre of the area of Santa Catalina on the first floor of a building from the early twentieth century.
The original apartment was Mallorcan style and has been completely renewed, both in the plant and in the distribution. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen open space and its facilities from "the island", the original tiles from the geometric configuration and the height of three meters with preserved the environments.
To ensure the choice of the "island" the center of the living room balances space and weight in harmony with a wide range of functions.
The choice of furniture was respected to preserve the atmosphere of the place and the local traditions that prefer a product with a touch of vintage and natural materials.
They were able to re-organize the environment of the kitchen with a window to derive a small terrace, to which you have access through a large door.
On the top floor of the same building and the same property a space has been converted into a terrace of 25 square meters for exclusive use. The Modern"l'orangerie", the room that is liquid by the insertion of a wall mobile glass painting which, once opened, provides the continuity between interior and exterior.
