Casa Pina is a modern apartment located in Pinamare, Andora, in the coastal region of Liguria, northern Italy. It is relatively small, but smart space-saving solutions and a magnificent sea view make it feel generous. In this modern apartment near the sea, white surfaces and light wood set the tone. The combination looks elegant and sophisticated, while remaining suitable for different interior styles. White brings a sense of harmony and simplicity. Instead of a classic black-and-white scheme, the project pairs white resin and walls with frakè wood, highlighting the warmth of the grain. Frakè is used for furniture and interior doors, while white decorative panels visually separate the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is small but offers enough storage space.

Large sliding doors open onto the balcony, where lounge furniture and fresh sea air create a relaxing outdoor corner. From here there is also access to a small room. Mirrored panels make the space appear larger and add a decorative effect, but they also conceal something unexpected: a compact walk-in shower with glass walls. In the other bathroom, smooth white surfaces give way to dark gray natural stone. By day, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors fill the apartment with natural light; in the evening, carefully placed lighting brings it to life.
