The Compass Pointe House
This villa consists of three levels. The basement contains bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living area, a gym, a mechanical room, and a wine cellar. The second level holds the spacious main living area, including the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. The fireplace can also be enjoyed from outside. The garage is on this level as well, with direct access to the building. Beside the main entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor.
Modern architecture – Compass Pointe House
The upper level is treated almost like a hotel suite. It has three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a generous closet. The bedrooms open onto a covered terrace. All of this luxurious, elegant contemporary space sits behind a facade of stone, wood, and glass. The building is made of concrete, while the roof adds a warm wooden accent. The living areas in the country house are designed in restrained colors, especially white, gray, and brown. They feel bright and well lit thanks to the large windows. The decor is modern, minimalist, and functional. Details such as flowers, colorful cushions, and rugs add decoration and make the rooms feel more welcoming.
