The location allows this loft to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of everyday life into a world of relaxation and solitude.

The generous use of glass provides a clear view of the roof terrace, which is located between the bathroom and the bedroom.

The areas are divided along a logical conceptual line and coordinated within the overall design.

Project competence and sober, precise quality run through the details, conveying calm, value, exclusivity, and elegance. Excessive decor has been removed.

In the bathroom, large-format treated natural stone tiles are used. Wood is used mainly for its natural structure, surface, tone, brightness, and exceptional dimensions, which define the atmosphere.

Floor, wall, and ceiling, together with versatile variations of light, lead the eye into the depth of the space. Skylights and roof windows provide plenty of daylight and offer a view of the changing seasons.
