Modern weekend house in Slovakia
Designed by architect Pokorni
This beautiful example of minimalist architecture is located in Slovakia. This modern weekend house was designed by architect Pokorny. Conceived as a traditional two-story wooden house, the project has plenty to offer: a modern roof terrace, a spa area, and a cozy lounge that increases the comfort factor. The square facade looks simple and restrained, while a large window brings light into the room and gives the building a more open appearance.
Modern and comfortable chalet

A defining feature of the interior is the extensive use of wood: the walls, floor, and even the ceiling are clad in it. A wooden bed and wooden bathtub strengthen the overall impression. Gray tones and modern furniture create contrast and give the interior a contemporary look. The cottage offers comfortable rooms and a fireplace in the living area, creating a warm atmosphere.
Minimalist interior design in a weekend home

Minimalist architecture is known for simple shapes and practical clarity. The cabin by architect Pokorny is a good example of how functionality can be emphasized without sacrificing comfort. The design is modern and promises relaxing holidays in the countryside, with space to slow down and unwind.
