Studio MK27 has long been known for modern minimalist projects in Brazil. This house fascinates with its compact cubic volume. The structure is concrete, while the facade is clad in wood. The family home has two floors: on the ground floor, large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors create a seamless connection between the spacious living room and the cozy outdoor lounge. The swimming pool invites residents to cool off on hot summer days, and several chairs provide a place to relax after work. The second floor also opens toward the garden. When the wooden shutters are open, plenty of sunlight reaches the bedrooms and bathrooms; when the owners want privacy, they simply close them.
The house with the wooden facade is understated but very elegant. Furnishings in neutral colors impress with clean lines and modern design.
