Near a stream, which provides more natural and harmony in the environment movement. The house was built in modern architecture, but still completely configured in harmony with the natural environment.

The modern residence is Sothlands and was completed in 2011. The façade was built in a modern architectural style with large panoramic windows, views of course the beautiful natural surroundings. The wide wooden deck is the ideal place to relax where you can enjoy the sun during the day and in the evening, arrange meetings with families and friends. The stream flows through the house almost leaves, the garden landscape a more harmonious and relaxed appearance.

The modern residence was completely natural and environmentally friendly design inside. The wood is used as the main material specially designed for angular roof and furniture. The interior was lit naturally by using the large panoramic windows and skylights. The decor is modern and minimalist, but quite naturally and comfortably held without unnecessary decorative elements.
