This modern villa is located in the outskirts of Madrid and was designed by Architectural Studio Medem Otto of Torri duck. The project was completed in 2015 and covers 839 square meters. The special feature of this house is the clever fusion between the natural environment and property. The villa is built on a solid foundation of stone blocks of marble that were successfully integrated into the building.

The modern villa called El Vineto and is located in the outskirts of Madrid. A major advantage of the location of the property is the beautiful natural surroundings and panoramic views of the city. The front of the villa has been completely colored and features contemporary architecture with angular geometric shapes in white. The windows have been configured in different sizes depending of sight. The huge marble blocks were successfully integrated into the garden and offer more natural.

Modern villa with minimalist interior design
Modern villa on the marble foundation stone was also equipped with a very modern interior. The minimalist style dominates the interior. The modern kitchen was filled with a huge picture window, the beautiful view of the city safely. The villa is spread over three floors and also has several indoor balcony. The interior is decorated mainly in white with natural wood flooring.
