Modern house with natural air conditioning
It is a new interpretation of a tropical house that is driven by the needs of the residents and has been adapted to the tropical climate. At the reception, you enter a lobby and are greeted by a room of water cascade. This waterfall collects rainwater, cooling the interior and leads to an oasis of green in the house. This garden is the center of the house, while the other rooms around it. The interior is isolated from concrete walls and remain in the cool weather. In the heat of the afternoon, the internal temperature is 2 to 3 degrees lower than the outside air temperature. The rooms are well lit and optimal strategies have been applied, so that natural light is used optimally.

The green landscape is an integral part of the architecture and is beautifully paired with fresh concrete. Species of trees are special umbrellas, small accents (such as coral trees), define the space (and the dragon tree ferns), Schefflera, eucalyptus, and even chili for dinner. The green areas are watered automatically.
