Completed at the end of 2013, the house is arranged as a solid concrete volume opened by large areas of glass. Located near the coast in Sydney, Australia, it responds to a dense urban setting while still framing distant views. The ground floor opens to the outdoors, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are protected from views from the street.
Luxury interiors in a minimalist style
The city villa feels both elegant and restrained. White walls visually connect the interiors with the facade, while timber flooring adds warmth. Comfortable leather seating anchors the spacious lounge, and a fireplace brings warmth on cooler days.
