This futuristic city home with a glass facade was built for a young family with three children. The architect-designed house was designed by MPR Design Group in collaboration with the local construction company and built.
Minimalist villa with a glass front – the new home for a young family of 5
Completed by the end of 2013, the house is composed of a solid block of concrete, which is broken by the large glass insert. Located on the coast, Sydney, Australia, home to the city with a minimalist glass facade opens to the beautiful scenery. It is located in a densely populated neighborhood in the city and the architect of the MPR adapted the concept of terrestrial conditions. Thus, a comfortable seating area is set on the ground floor, which is transformed into an outdoor space. On the first floor, all the rooms and bathrooms are located – well protected from prying eyes. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor modern – there is an open living area, which occupies the beach. Generous glass facade allows light into the interior space and freely gives a distant view.

The villa of the city with a glass facade is luxurious and elegant. The white walls create a visual link between the front and wooden floor creates a warm atmosphere. The rooms are cheap, with the motto "less is more" established. Furniture create a comfortable leather seating in the spacious lounge. A fireplace warms the room on cold winter days.
