This beautiful boutique hotel opened in Salzburg in December. The Wiesergut has been owned by the family since 1330 and has served as a guest house for several generations.

Martina and Joseph Kroll’s vision was to create a modern hotel while preserving the values and traditions of the family business. Architect Martina Gogl and her team achieved this by combining a clear, linear design with simple, natural materials. Very nice: the recurring contrast between raw materials, such as forged steel, concrete, and masonry, and finer textures such as linen, mesh, and blown glass. The result is a timeless, elegant style with understated luxury.
