Like a sailor’s home in a foreign port, this is the atmosphere that defines 25hours Hotel HafenCity in Hamburg The design is clearly shaped by the port and the industrial city, yet the interiors remain warm, intriguing, and pleasant. Materials and objects from shipbuilding have been reinterpreted and used in creative ways. The interior tells stories of storms, voyages, and adventures on the high seas.
25hours Hotel Hamburg – Arrival

This design hotel was created by Stephen Williams Associates. The concept is clear and fully embodies the atmosphere of HafenCity. On entering, guests notice the yellow floor markings typical of transportation and harbor settings. At reception, mailboxes and plywood create an arrival scene with a casual maritime character. Luggage can be stacked on an industrial trolley, and the conference room is even more striking because it is housed in a shipping container.
25hours Hotel Hamburg – A True Port Atmosphere

Each room is designed like a guest berth and is equipped with a desk with drinks, a logbook, information packs, and forms. 25hours Hotel Hamburg also has a sauna with roof access and views over the city. Wood, leather, and metal appear throughout the interior.
